20 Years in the C-Suite. A Lifetime of Intuitive Wisdom.
I’ve spent two decades running everything from a $1M non profit with 15 employees to a $20M company with a team of more than 200. I have a BS in accounting, an MBA, have certificates in coaching, have spent years in deep learning about both personal & professional development AND I did everything the hard way. I understand the BS, I understand the self-doubt that comes from trying to squeeze into a white-male model of leadership that was never designed for us.
THEN, I had the realization that constantly grinding, ignoring what my soul was saying and playing small to fit into a mold that wasn’t created for me was killing me…one day at a time. I slowed down, I listened, I aligned. The process was not all rainbows and unicorns, AND it WAS exactly what was needed for me to step into the fully aligned version of myself. It WAS what has provided me with the gift of creating my framework, of living my framework, and sharing it with other women, who like me, KNOW there is a different way, an aligned way. A way to truly listen to our souls, to take that guidance as one component, add strategy, and step fully into our ALIGNED SELVES. Â
